Why is a Mississippi brokerage sending me to LoopNet?
Because that is where a large share of Mississippi commercial inventory is marketed, and none of it is obliged to enter the MLS. A commercial search that only shows you MLS records is showing you a fraction of the market. We would rather send you to the whole market and be the people who represent you in it.
Does Bedford get paid if I click one of these links?
No. Neither LoopNet nor Crexi operates an affiliate programme we participate in, and Bedford receives nothing for the click. We are paid only if you engage us to represent you on a transaction — and in nearly every commercial deal that fee is paid by the seller or landlord.
Can Bedford show me a property I found on LoopNet or Crexi?
Yes, on essentially any of them. Contact us with the listing link before you contact the listing broker. Once you have called the listing broker directly you may have limited your options — many listing agreements treat the first contact as the procuring cause, and after that a buyer’s broker can be difficult to introduce.
Why do some of these links only open a home page?
Because we could not verify a stable search URL for that marketplace. Rather than guess a pattern and drop you on an error page, we say so and open their home page. Only the LoopNet and Crexi links are exact, filtered searches.
Is the inventory on these sites accurate?
It is as accurate as whoever posted it. Availability, rate and even square footage on national marketplaces regularly lag reality by weeks. We verify availability directly with the listing broker before you spend a morning on a tour.
