Every job comes with the address, the access notes, the window and the checklist on your phone before you leave the house. No group texts, no guessing which door, no calling three people to find out whether the guest has left.
Open roles
Per job, paid weekly
Short-term rental turnovers in Ridgeland, Madison, Flowood and along the Coast. Most jobs run 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. between a checkout and the next arrival, and they cluster Friday through Sunday. You get the address, the access code, the checklist and the deadline by text. Photographs of every room finish the job — that is what triggers your pay.
Hourly or per work order
Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, appliances and general repair across managed properties. Emergencies are acknowledged within four hours, so the on-call rotation matters and is paid as such. Your own liability insurance and a current certificate are required before you take a job unaccompanied.
Salaried or rent-offset
For multi-unit properties: showings, move-ins, move-outs, resident relations and the first look at anything reported. Often paired with a rent offset on a unit at the property.
Per property, weekly or fortnightly
Mowing, edging, beds, gutters and storm clean-up across managed single-family homes and small subdivisions. Bring your own equipment and transport.
Base plus per placed lease
Show units, take applications, screen, and get leases signed. A Mississippi real estate licence is required to lease property you do not own — MREC rules, not ours. If you are working toward one, tell us and we will talk about the timeline.

We read every application. Background checks are run only with your written consent, only for driving record and criminal history, and you get told what came back — a copy of the report is yours on request.
