FAQ
Before you call
Will a person answer if I call?
Yes, during office hours. Outside them the line routes to an agent rather than to a voicemail box that gets checked on Monday. 601-707-6535.
How quickly do you respond to the form?
Same business day in almost every case, and within a couple of hours during office hours. Your enquiry is routed to an agent by specialty and current workload, and the brokerage can see if it has not been actioned.
Can I just text?
Yes. Text the office number and it lands in the same system as everything else. Reply STOP at any time and we stop — that suppression is ours and permanent, not a setting on somebody else’s platform.
Do you charge for an initial conversation?
No. Home value assessments, commercial requirement discussions, flood-zone lookups and a straight opinion on whether to buy are all free and carry no obligation.
Who do I contact about an insurance quote?
Insurance is placed by Continental Brokers Inc., an independent agency, on (866) 386-4136. Bedford is not an insurance agency and receives no commission on policies placed.
How do I make a complaint?
Email collier@bedfordrealty.net and it reaches the broker. If you are not satisfied with how a licensee has behaved, the Mississippi Real Estate Commission handles complaints about licence holders and you are entitled to go to them directly.
